Leonardo Hotel Liverpool

Great hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. The staff once helped me with a late check-out, which I appreciated. Definitely a great choice for anyone visiting. I'm coming back for Christmas.

We were there for 1 day, everything was perfect, liked its stunning location right by waterfront and the who at the arena and bars and restaurants. Central location of this hip new hotel was a bonus.

The leonardo is amazing location next to the royal albert dock and a short walk to the city centre. The beds are comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection, but I wish they offered fresher eggs. It gave us the perfect spot for a family outing and shopping at liverpool one!

The hotel became very noisy at night (I stayed on a Saturday night). High charges for the internet.

This place suits me perfectly! Great amenities like wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception make my stays enjoyable. The staff was wonderful, especially when they assisted my elderly parents. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

the location is very good, the rooms were clean and the cleaning service was very good. Hotel bar and restaurant were nice, staff were friendly and accomodating.

overall the room is stocked, high quality and includes air conditioner, some excellent tea, and a storage space. the staff are caring and exceptionally attentive, offer excellent services.

Think that this great and brilliant hotel is beyond compare, loved it. Clean place, staff are efficient, location is easy. The personnel is decent and knowledgeable and the rooms are new-fashioned. The location is central, close enough to the shops, the city centre and restaurant.

Everything at the Jury's Inn was extremely good. From start to finish. It's a 3-star-hotel, but for the services and amenities, an extra star could be added. I would heartily recommend this hotel to everyone. Good value for the money, excellent location (I was there for a concert at the nearby Echo Arena, which is just a few steps away). The ideal place to enoy the city at its best. I will definitely come back here in the future.

I would have expected to find a mini bar in the room. This is the only downside to the overall experience which was flawless. It's a tiny thing though that did not make my stay less enjoyable.

I was told there would be free wifi included in the room rate but there wasnt.
